L&M Modeling Agency is a full based modeling and acting agency that has been aggressively in business since 1997. Melissa Needy a previous model, with 10 years experience as a model and talent agent knows what it takes to be successful. We take pride in booking our talent for commercials, films, motion pictures, television, trade shows, soap operas, music videos, print, and spokesmodeling.

From 1997-2001 we worked closely with some of the top agents, managers and casting directors in New York City and decided to open L&M New York. From there we have grown all over the East Coast and work with the best in the business. Our talent is exceptional, talented and ready to pursue their dreams in the business. We represent models and actors of all levels ages 8 years to 65 years of age. Our agency is very honest, aggressive and successful due to our dedicated models and actors.
